Senate Energy Bill to Help Former Enron Executive

According to Public Citizen, a public interest non-profit organization, the energy bill currently being considered in the U. S. Senate provides for a load guarantee for an energy from coal project. The description of the project in the bill narrows, according to Public Citizen, the load guarantees to one company's project. And that company, DKRW Energy, was founded by Jon C. Doyle, Robert C. Kelly, H. David Ramm, and Thomas White, all former executives of Enron. White was President Bush's Secretary of the Army after leaving Enron."
